The Lee BIA Industry Awards honor building and construction industry professionals who make superior contributions to the residential home building and commercial construction industry in sales, marketing, design and outstanding achievement, both individual and corporate. BIA Industry Award recipients will be recognized with either a Pinnacle Award for residential excellence or a Summit Award for top honors in the commercial sector. This year we have also added the Million Dollar Circle Awards for new home sales professionals.

The Pinnacle Awards were created by the Sales & Marketing Council of the BIA in 1990 and provide an opportunity to recognize and celebrate excellence in the residential building industry. These prestigious awards pay tribute to Building Industry Association members for excellence in residential design, new home sales and marketing from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.See Membership Requirements below.
The Summit Awards were created by the Commercial Contractors Council of the BIA in 2006 and provide an opportunity to recognize excellence in the commercial building industry. These unique awards pay tribute to the BIA members who have obtained an outstanding high level of quality and success in commercial building, planning and design July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. Membership Requirements & Geographic Boundaries for Industry Awards Entries:
All entrant companies must be a member of the Lee BIA.
Lee BIA Sales & Marketing Council Membership* (at least one person in the company) is required for companies entering any Pinnacle Awards (Marketing & Design for Residential). Individual membership in the SMC is required for all Residential Individual Achievement & Million Dollar Circle Sales Awards entrants.
SMC Membership is NOT Required for Summit Awards (commercial, remodeling or individual achievement).
The geographic boundaries for the Industry Awards are Lee, Glades, Hendry and Collier Counties.
*SMC Dues are $75 per person annually and the company must be an active Lee BIA member. All fees are non-refundable and checks should be made payable to the Lee BIA. The Association also accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Carefully review all preparation procedures before preparing and submitting your entry. Please note all images must be saved in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format — no Word, Excel, or TIFF files will be accepted by the system. Files should be no larger than 2 MB. Optimum image size is 1280 x 960 and 72 dpi for online viewing.
You will be able to submit an entry and then retrieve it at a later time for editing by using your email address and a password you will set up when submitting your first entry. You will also use that same log-in to submit additional entries.
Entries will not be considered fully submitted and released for judging until invoice is paid.
